Applying a multiseg envelope based pitch modulation, I'm trying to give the desired intonation to a text2speech voice.
I've selected the monotone option in my "reader", but this option work with MS voices only; it seems to be not compatible with At&T speech engine.
Is the only way to this job using low resolution voices?
