Hi,

Do any of you lot use Project 5 with your Creamware cards instead of the traditional MIDI and audio sequencer?

If so please let me know some details about it as I'm looking into it myself.

I assume you mean WDM support, not DX/DXi. Anyway, since both SONAR and Project 5 have decent ASIO support, just use that:
I've used a Pulsar II (ASIO) with Project 5 v1 and it works fine. XTC mode on the other hand is a not entirely trivial to get working (but can be done).

That makes no sense then as DXi (or VSTi as an equivalent) has nothing to do with how an application talks to a soundcard.

I bought it for the instruments mainly. It works fine but has one crippling problem for me - it won't allow you to use more than one asio in at a time so if you have several ins (e.g. on my system I have inputs from VST instruments, Nord G2, Korg workstation and my Scope synths I'd like to be able to run side by side) it's a PITA.
