its possiable to connect all my i/o with A16ultar right? so i could connect my monitors too? how does A16Ultra sound compare as a AD/DA converter compare to other Pro gear like apogee, dbx.

dbx makes pro gear? Huh. Who'da thunk it.

If your moniors are passive, then NO. You can't hook up speaker wires to an A16 Ultra. :grin:

that's right, you can connect the AMP or the master volume control or powered monitors to the a16 and get sound. :grin:


ehh, the dbx pre isn't really too bad, i didn't know they made an ad/da, though...

If the monitors are active, BUT they don't have volume control, like most of them, you need a volume control in between, not necessarily, but you won't risk your ears and cones for a sudden mouse error...I got the Mackie Big Knob and I'm very happy with it...
