day by day i receive a lot of requests in my [email protected] mailbox.

For the next three weeks i will be on a vacation.

That's really classy Ralf -- giving everyone a heads-up online like this. I use a lot of software for my dayjob and I've never seen a tech support person say "hey I'll be on vacation for the next little while", let alone give out their direct email address on a public forum in the first place! That's pretty hardcore dedication in my books.

I have observed that while Ralf is away communication with Cream gets distorted. I don't want to believe that the company only has one guy like him. He received my Luna 11 card which he confirmed to me. My studio is at a standstill maybe until he return on the 25th. That is not fair at all. Can I tell my clients that he is coming back and they should wait. I am trying hard to control my emotions and trying to avoid saying anything out of haste. After all I have seen how angry guys can get very upset on this forum. My lips are sealed.

Andre. Ralf requested that I send my broken Luna 11 card to him. He told me that he got it shortly before proceeding on vacation. He told me that he would replace the card with another Luna 11 and it would cost me $100.00 plus shipping. We agreed. He has since gone on vacation and everything has halted.
