Flowers to Creamware

I've seen a few posts berating Creamware service, some quite abusive. I've got to say that I'm happy with their responses to me. So a big bunch of flowers to all at Creamware..... specially the girls....I'm single.

Not wanting to start a diplomatic incident or anything, but is there any critical reason for you to be able to download your keys and/or buy plugins during the weekends? If not, how hard is it to just do what you need to do during the week days? I just tried their site and it works fine, so it's not like it's always down and its impossible to do anything.
