Bingo, did you try .com only? Every country has its own, like .be or .de. Your question reminds me on someone telling 'hi, is IRC down?'

I always use .com, it was off for about 10 min, probably they updated the front page or something.

I use Copernic Agent also, but for quick, daily searches, I use Google.

That page mentions DNS for google.com, not for the national subdivisions which show exactly same search results. I would be surprised if all these servers lost DNS eh.
