install Mix n Master pack

Hello all,
can you plz tell how to install Mix n master pack at creamware site? i'd mail them but didn't got reply.

simply reinstall the Scope 4.0 and select the Scope project M for mix n master. that will copy the extra devices after you load the new all key file.

yes, you may need Ralf's help right now....
when you register, there will be a software credit left for you. you the go to the software credits section of "my page" and apply the credit to get the keys.

hi garyb, i bought it form infinitevortex shawn@infinitevortex.com ] so shawn gave me an activation number and told me to enter at My page. i entered it at...
My page/Registration/activate software serial number and doesn't work

(Error : -2146827826, Der Remote-Servercomputer ist existiert nicht oder ist nicht verfügbar)

i really needs Ralf's help. garyb there is a colum call register at Software-Credits but cant press! how to reach ralf? can't wait to see those class mastering software

Ralf will need to know the card serial number and he may want your login. give him a brief but detailed explanation and i'm sure he'll help you. before you email Ralf, you may want to try again in the morning(germany) as the server may get rebooted and work ....

site down,

email ralf with your SN and the license given by your dealer and ask him to activate it for you and ask them toemail you back the all key file.

edit: rb@creamware.de or jo@creamware.de

both tech can do registration.

Yeah, it sounds like it is related to their server problems. Just to double check, here is the procedure for activating the serial number...

On creamware.com, go to to the Support area.
Go to My Page and log in.
Go to Registration.
Go to Activate software serial number.
Enter in the serial number I gave you and follow whatever steps it prompts you for.

If everything works properly you should now be able to go to Activation Keys and download the new allkeys.skf.

But if it gave you an error, it sounds like their server is having problems again, and it is probably faster just to email a tech. If you want, I can try to email Ralf on your behalf, just email me the serial number of the card you want to register the plugins to.

nah, its just friday. If u look at server statistics, you would be aware that creamwares server allways (and yes, i mean ALLWAYS) goes down on weekends. it needs a physical restart, sometimes two (which seems to be the issue here, cause same symptoms are shown last time i spoke to JO at cwa: 1.server goes down, ppl cant access "mypage". 2.Support gets complaints, they restart the server. you can now access "mypage". still, customers cant access "activation keys" and other areas. 3. support gets more mails, they reply "well it really should be working, but i will restart it again just for you". 4. they restart it again and its up and running fine. for a few more days atleast...

Unfortunatly no action is taken during weekends. as it seems, Creamware is of the opinion that there is no musicians using their weekends to clean up their daws, reinstall, or even worse, buying a scope card and trying to get the hang of it. its been discussed before, and its never been denied. example (short version, should be read from bottom and upwards):

Actually which one is Ralfs email? Mails are bounce back form Ralf(AT)creamware.de and don’t know weather Ralf got my mail or not coz didn’t got any reply form rb(AT)creamware.de and today is saturday.

all i can say OptiMaster is Magic. turn my song sound like some pro engineer did the job. didn't have to do anything by myself

just run couple presets. Oh my god... how come i didn't bought this before :lol didn't try rest effects. and yes i need more dsp thats for sure.

I've got a shiney new Mix 'n Master pack too that i'd deperately like to get running. No joy getting your server to do that for me. I have sent you an email with the details... please help!

If you're listening, i've managed to register Mix 'n Master via the web site, and generated the OXE, so all is good!

Just have to get through a work day and get home to play with my new toys!
