DSP Load

I just added a 14 chip dsp booster to my Scope project card.
In the "DSP load" window, under the "set" menu, there are 3 columns, one showing the dsp chips, then a "sync" and an "a sync" column. Above there is a green button, when pressed it lights up and all the sync numbers change, what does this do? What is the "sync" and the "a sync" about?

The % light switches from 'units' to percentage when lit.
