Well gsif 1 doesn't allow for input in giga studio3, only output.

Except that input feature, i can't see what is the real benefit of GSIF 2 drivers.

I have giga3, it was part of my Tascam FW-1884 bundled software. My fw-1884 has gsif 2 drivers.

BTW, i found that giga consume ALOT of resources, too much for my own personnal use... Nuendo become unstable when using giga, and about any other sequencer.

no no! GSIF 1 still work with Giga3!

Just the input functionnality won't work...

I found GS3 is useless unless it's on its own machine - it caused all kinds of weird problems on my machine until I ran Gigaclean and banished it from my machine. I'll be sticking with GS2.5 :smile:
