Greetings all,
Well its been months now with multiple emails sent to CW regarding a faulty key for my SDK kit, I have sent emails too a few different addys, the latest being rb@creamware.de all of which have gone through with out a mailerdeamon returning the email so what gives?
Am I just not using the correct address, there is no way it should take 2 months with multiple emails to recieve a response, only thing I can think of at this point is I have to b using the wrong email address.
Any one able to solve rubix cube?
Thanks in advance!

I would make a call.
I always had succes with calling, with NI and CWA a few times.
After the first call, email always served perfectly.
it won't cost much if the subject isn't a (computer) problem, the other side of the line is always and very busy and very experienced
At least they know to stay very calm, I found that remarkable a few times
