I am going to buy a "used" Mix n Master Pack
for my Pulsar-Card (4 DSPs).

you will certainly be able to run those devices effectively. with only 4 dsps, however, you WILL need to make decisions about what devices to run and what devices to print. combined with your sequencer's abilities(vst and dx), you can do some excellent work if you use good studio sense.

unfortunately, there are no complete listings of dsp usage that i know of.
