A while ago I tried this setup:
Three Pulsar II- and one UAD-1 card.
But the problems I encounter,
had nothing to do with conflicts between the two DSP-systems.
My trouble eminated from the three PulsarII cards installed sim.
I realised this when I removed one card (overheated PulsarII/Scope project)
It solved my hardware conflicts
My current system works great:
Scope Project+, Pulsar XTC, UAD-1
I strongly recommed you to keep the switching of usb-units low.
In my experience changing usb-units sometimes causes unwanted freeze of the Creamware software (Scope V4).
Have in mind that I´m not a computer-expert.
So take this answer as a subjective view regarding the question.
However you should be able to make the
"3-linked PulsarUAD-system" work,
If you optimise hardware and system settings within Windows.
