I keep getting this message when I try to access mypage and add a serial number to it.

"Error : -2146827826, Der Remote-Servercomputer ist existiert nicht oder ist nicht verfügbar"

Don't know what that means?

Also if I try to download something I've already registered I get an error message.

It's nbeen like this for a while now - is the site down or something?

that's a problem of your internet connection software, but the true cause is impossible to guess from the error message.
It basically says the server name resolution doesn't work, which could be anything starting with a missing network cable, messed up remote access software, a problem of your internet service provider etc.

I've just accessed my page without any trouble at all.

cheers, Tom

Nope

this is what I get if I try to dl allkeys:

"Serverobjekt-Fehler 'ASP 0177 : 800706ba'

Server.CreateObject-Fehler

/shop2000/de/shop/asp.pro/Profile/downloadKeyfile.asp, Zeile 4

Der RPC-Server ist nicht verfügbar."

wish I could understand German.

I'lll wait and see what tech support say.

oops, you're right - I can see all my keys etc. but if a device needs to be generated this RPC server not available error occurs.

runtime error in Microsoft JScript-Error'800a01ce'

the Remote-Servercomputer does not exist or is not available

obviously some of their scripts fail due to the target system is down or was renamed
do you see your keys ? can't you copy paste from the page (or print and enter manually ?)
of course a new registration is bound to fail under these circumstances

sorry, Tom

Yeah I've done that and even though I can't download Arpeg from the site it's already on my Scope install disk so I used that one and registered it manually. It just worried me that the page is so messed up (and its been like this a lot recently). I would also like to add a couple of recent aquisitions to my registrations but can't do that at all

And I'm in the middle of trying to transfer some second hand hardware I bought - that's not going smoothly either; the transfer device they sent didn't work properly and they aren't responding to emails.

Just made me concerned this is symptomatic of a deeper problem - perhaps.
