How come we haven't seen any software emulation of Oberheims yet, even in VSTis. Is there any legal issues? Last I heard Gibson owned the rights. Then Viscount had that OB-12. It seems to me that it shouldn't be too much of a problem since ARP and Moogs have been emulated left and right. Even Arturia got away with the CS-80 without any legal issues (at least not yet

Ahhh...I miss those 12db filters from my OBXa...

I seem to remember there being an Oberheim filter emulation in the Saturn free synth.. I could be totally wrong on this though as I haven't used it for ages.

I know what you mean about the Oberheim 12db filter.. I just got hold of a Studio Electronics SE1 which has the 12db LP/BP SEM filter in addition to a Moog ladder.. I'm getting quite addicted to it

??? I gotta look it up then. I thought the Saturn was only imitating the Jupiter series. If it does indeed have an Oberheim filter, can you use this filter with Scope and your own creations?

Nope, it's part of the device (which has no input).
