Subject: Re: driver problems
I've had that message before. If you're updating from your original 1.14 version, you may need to totally remove all signs of Pulsar from your computer. This is a detailed process thateven gets into sys.inf if I remember. I got the procedure mailed to me by one of the creamware sales people.
The manual goes over it some.
While you're installing, be sure and check "let me find driver" Then, brouse to your CD drive letter and select Scope ghmd? on the left side and Pulsar should appear on the right.
Don't do the suicide, it will shorten your music production.

You must install the driver from the 2.01 CD (or from the downloaded files) , and you must reboot.
This message always comes up when the driver version does not match the software version.
The matching driver can also be found in the Pulsardriver directory on your HD where it was copied as backup during the software installation. So open the Device Manager and update the Pulsar driver from there. When the wizard asks for the driver files, navigate into the Pulsardriver directory.
