Have you guys played with this new VectorSector VSTi? It's supposed to be an exactly replica of the original Prophet VS, unlike Vectron which is a more advanced version (I'm still trying to get my head over a few things of the Vectron). It was done by one of the original Prophet VS developers. Anyway, I like the Vectron but I like the simplicity of this one, specially the mod matrix, very intuitive...

Opinions?

As far as I understand it, Vectron is not a 1:1 Prophet VS emu while VectorSector is (or wants to be).

Personally, I find VectorSector extremely good sounding.

I tried to compare it to Vectron but it is hard to find the corresponding waveforms on both instruments ...

In my opinion,
vector sector is not comparable to vectron.
Ok, the sound is nice, but not good as other vst instruments, the filter sounds like a toy, the modulation matrix is not so intuitive and fast as having modulation sources selectable under each pot (like the vectron, but solaris and many other synths).
A good synth, but vectron is to another planet
