Latency compensation for XTC synths with VSTis?

Ok, everything is quantized on Cubase SX 2 but I was wondering if I have to do any extra latency compensation on the XTC synths MIDI tracks? I wanna make sure that my VSTi synths are in sync with my XTC synths (I work only on XTC mode).

By the way, I had my Pulsar for 2 weeks and if it wasn't for this forum I would've returned it already. The Scope platform is great but the environment needs a lot of tweaking to get it tuned right. You guys are awsome!!!
