It can turn on and off the left channel and/or the right channel. It can reverse the two channels. It can delay (by samples) the left channel and the right channel for phase adjustment. (The knobs go to 100 samples; you can enter in a greater number in the text boxes.) Finally, there's a mono/stereo switch. Of course you can bypass the whole thing, and the delay unit can be turned off.

P.S. I'm using a DSP file called "Stereo Switch" which isn't included in Scope 4.0, for some reason. Copy the included DSP file into your Scope/App/DSP directory.
