hello all,
still can't do automate form sonar to sfp
anyone can put an example how to do it step by step. i want to automate delay dry/wet.

Many Thanks

Basic setup is done:
1)set creamware midi out form sonar…
2) sfp sequencer out to 2448 midi in….

is that possible to automate aux delay?

it works as it should here...

i just drop the fx in a slot, open the fx, right click the parameter i want to control and select a cc# (either by wiggling a knob, or using the list (under this green undefinable symbol next to 'midi -')). then i draw an envelope for the corresponding cc# in the sequencer.

if you use the same procedure, then there's something wrong with your routing or some setting in Sonar. you can play synths in SFP using midi from Sonar?

If the delay is an aux insert, make sure the 2448 mixer's MIDI channel is set to the same as the Sonar track's MIDI channel.

If the delay is standalone, you need to put it inside a MultiFX or something similar, and set the MIDI channel on the MultiFX.

Dunno if this will help...? Cheers,

Johann
