Hi,
I use Scope 4.0 with 3 Pulsar cards but I still use Big Mixer from earlier Pulsar versions (mainly because I understand how to use it better, in terms of getting external devices through plus a few more things).
Anyway, my question is this. I have just noticed that my auxiliaries don't seem to work anymore. I am trying to connect my Ensoniq DP 4+ effects unit via the ADAT which is connected to my AUXs in the Big Mixer. Now it worked in version 3.1c.
I would like to use the STM mixers but I can't figure it out as it doesn't seem to be the same as Big Mixer 2.
Maybe some of you may think that I have to keep trying and experimenting a bit more, but who's got the time?
Can anyone shed any light on this?
Thanks in advance for your response(s).

Hi Astral Fridge Magnet.
I don't use Big Mixer, but with the 24/48 etc mixers here are the steps I would take:
1) Check that the aux send on your mixer is getting signal. Go to "Buses", look at the meter for A1. If there is no signal there then you might not have enabled the aux sends on your channels -- they're little buttons beneath the aux knobs for each channel that turn cyan when you enable them.
2) Check that the aux return on your mixer is getting signal. Go to "Buses", look at the meter for R1. If there is no signal there then turn up the gain knob to max. If there is a signal, make sure the mix button at the bottom of the channel strip is enabled (cyan).
Hope this provides some clues...?
Cheers,
Johann
