Logic and Vdat?

I don't know if there's any way to do this from Logic, since I haven't used it very much.
However the approach that would work, if any, would be: configure each VDAT function to respond to a MIDI control number; then configure Logic to send MIDI cc's when you press buttons etc.
Configuring VDAT will be the easy part. Under Windoze you would right-click on the VDAT button you want to automate. (I'm not sure what the Muc equivalent of right click is...?) When the little MIDI control dialog pops up, click on the "New value" entry box and enter a unique number from 0 to 119. Then press the "+" button to turn the automation on.
Oh, and make sure the MIDI channel for the VDAT and VRC-S is set to something (1-16).
Hopefully that convoluted explanation makes sense...!
