i read somewhere that you can remove the mixer feature in cubase and use the sfp mixer for better results, how is this achieved?

Simple dimple. Set all the Cubase Mixer outputs to different busses (say 2-16), then make sure your ASIO module in SCOPE is set to 32 (for 16 stereo pairs), then connect the buss outputs to your SCOPE mixer of choice, then obviously route your SCOPE master stereo outputs to the analogue outputs to your amp soze you can hear summat.

my soundcard is broken, so now, i´ve got a friend´s pulsar, i have tried this, but i can do it.
the things i have done:
i work with nuendo, so in sfc (3.anything, i don´t remember) i configure ASIO channels, any number(16 for example), but when i go to nuendo, in vst connections(F4), the only outputs that i´have are, the 2 analog outputs.

In the preferencies, VST multitrack, ASIO Scope is selectet.

so i don´t know what´s wrong here, i supposed that i´m missig anything, but i don´t know what.

thanks

read the nuendo manual on how to activate asio connections (or asio outputs or something like that. i dont use nuendo, but it is called something in that area).

In the setup->devices in nuendo, there is a VST Inputs and another VST Output, in each of them, click on the reset button so nuendo re-read all available in/out from asio drivers.

Then all IOs will be available in your VST Connections windows (F4).
