Mixdown Problem XTC/Cubase

Hello everyone, i'am new whit the pulsar card, a purchase my card for about i week ago, i love this card, its relly nice,.. now to my problem, i start making i track i use verry match dsp in XTC mode, i don't use the in the other mode, i use cubase sx 2.20, when i mixdown everything work fine, but when i open the *.wav file, whole file is full of digtal Distortion :'(, i don't now what to do, i now it is the xtc plugins thats do it because when don't use any xtc pluggs its no Distortion Plz help me.. hi orchidee,
just switch on "offline-bouncing" in the export/digital mixdown dialog.

Sorry I'm bit late with this one but I'm also having the same problem with the mixdown distortion.

I'm also using Cubase SX2.2.35 with XTC but for the life of me I can't seem to find the 'offline bouncing' function. This SX version does not have a digital mixdown dialog. If it does could you please explain to me exactly where it is... thank you.
