The future of the next ones motherborad previews the new Pci express,with my system I preview to still work in order at least two years(p4 2.8, MB intelD850OEMVR2 ,1GB RAMBUS 1066,Power Pulsar,ScopeSRB ,Pulsar2)My question cards is :in future they will have still 3 slot Pci Standards free with the new cards mothers?

I've been wondering the same thing. I know that PCI Express boards *will* include legacy PCI slots, but the prototype boards I've seen only have two slots. 
We'll have to wait and see....

First of all, there will most probably be next generation motherboards with more than 2 PCI slots in them. There is almost nothing on PCIe yet besides graphic cards (on 16x connectors).
But, for those who want a greater choice of motherboards, you can buy a PCI riser with intel 21152 PCI-to-PCI bridge with 3 slots on the riser. I'm going dual xeon, and I bought an Iwill DH800 because I needed PCI-64/66(PCI-X is not to be confused with PCIe or "express"). Now I can use a high bandwidth raid card on the PCI64 bus without interfering with the PCI32 bus (well there is still the southbridge junction, but it's better than only 133 MB/sec). The only problem with the DH800 is that it only has 2 PCI32 slots, so I bought such a riser. I'm still missing some parts for my new computer, but I have tested the riser on my old CUBX and it works... (all 3 creamware cards are on the PCI riser with bridge).

Just for the record I have an old dual Xeon system with 2x64/66 pci and 4x32/33 pci. One of the MAIN factors in purchasing this particular dual board was the fact that the two onboard u160 scsi controllers use the 64/66 pci bus and I've never had a single pci overflow as a result. I have 3 10000rpm scsi drives on the scsi, as well as 2 Creamware cards next to an RME hammerfall (which is my Logic asio master wired to the Creamware cards via adat).
Not recommended for your average system though as the cost is really unnecessary unless you need the performance the parts offer (with SATA drives these days you shouldn't for most audio work).
