What happened to the XMas packs?

I just received my new PowerPulsar and registered it on CW's site. But none of the XMas bundle plugins showed up on "My Page." What do I do now??? I thought those devices were supposed to show up automatically.

Is there something I'm missing?

Go to 'My Page' and then to 'Downloads', it should be there. BTW, I believe you're entitled to a free copy of Poison for registering your card. I had to get in touch with Support though because it didn't show up in my 'Downloads' section automatically.

I just contacted my dealer, he's supposed to get the keys for me. CW didn't explain that very well.

Hi,

sometimes the X-mas pack ship with the software if it was ordered new from creamware. However if the card was at the dealer before the special exixted you needed to register and contact CW or dealer for the packs,

as long as you buy it new from an authorized dealer you will get your packs.

The card was manufactured back in September, so I didn't get anything. But I think I should get the keys soon.

I have pictures of MiniMax as my desktop wallpaper to tide me over unti I can get the packs!
