Orbitone's three-oh-three is available at http://www.planetz.com/forums/viewtopic ... forum=16&3 Be aware that it has 'old'-style presets (you won't know what that means yet, but you will soon). Also there is wavelength's juicer which is available as shareware with loads of other synths and drumboxes ($20 the lot i believe - and you can give at a later date if you just want to try them first) from http://www.track0.com/wavelength/shareware.html Again 'old'-style presets on all these devices (some very good synths you should try out).

What is mean by "old" style presets has nothing to do with their sound, and everything to do with how they are managed by SFP.

It is a "functional" description, not an auditory one.

BTW, did you know your SN (oioi) is a department store in Japan?

I think they pronounce it "Maru Maru"

Yes i've been hanging around in the SFP environment too long and never even realised that what i said could be interpreted differently  Just to clarify on what Kamurah said, if you open the Presets List of any device you get a nice window full of banks of presets. There was an earlier version of this window that only really allowed one bank and it was hard to create custom presets in this style of window without losing the original presets. Now you can just create a new bank - much nicer. So when people round here refer to old-style presets they mean the pre-SFP Presets management system. Phew.
