Insulting me, again, shows lack of character and integrity.darkrezin wrote: I strongly advise you to educate yourself (and I don't just mean what your government decides it's safe for you to know) because you really make yourself look like an idiot. Note that I'm not saying you are an idiot, but you sure are doing a great job convincing everyone that you are one.
No, I'm saying that at this point people stop discussing really, the conversation stops communicating, all answers get cathegoric, and noone listens anymore with a free mind.BingoTheClowno wrote:Are you implying that I try to distort the meaning of what was said?hubird wrote:ah, quoting loose sentenses plus specific comments on them...that's mostly the end of...
The focussing on the details (loose sentenses) is always symbolic for the loss of the overview

edit: ah, there's a word for it: micro-quoting...
thanks Stardust

I apologize if I insulted personally anyone. Now I am even more convinced that religion poisons everything. Shall we delete our posts now or leave this whopper of a thread for posterity?

Let me explain to you what having no relation to real life means: Someone who thinks there is an imaginary spirit in the sky watching over him.
The ironic part is when something bad happens, it's the will of the imaginary friend. Is he watching over you or not? You can't have it both ways. If he *is* watching you then why do bad things still happen? It is pointless to have an omnipotent god when he doesn't do anything.

you cant have a god which is both omnipotent and onmiscient.
The two dont jive.... its illogical
seriously, if god knows everything then he knows what he will do next, therefore he is not omnipotent.... he is a slave to is omniscience.
however if he can do anything at anytime, then he cant possibly know everything, cos anything might change at any time. In accordance with his will. So his omnipotence destroys his omniscience.
Anything else is illogical.
remeber....weiners in buns, no condiments
