Nice site ...
There are Akai progs in, but I can't make them work in STS.
Perhaps because there are Akai5000 progs, is there a way for making them work in STS ? (there is a nice Theremin patch, demo is great)

Some really interesting instruments there!

The Theremin is truly gorgeous...amazing that it was crafted way back in 1918!

Yes, the Akai programs do not work in the STS...I don't like the fact I'm going to have to build all the programs myself.

The samples do sound great though, and I know I'm going to have a lot of fun with them!!!

Hey, do you think CDXtract would be able to load them? Would they convert properly? I'm interested in getting it.

I have CDXtract...

It can load S5000 program easily.

Maybe i can download them, convert them, and make the STS program available on my site ?

Would you be interrested?

I already tried the demo...it converts the .akp files to .p and the .wav files to .s. You obviously can't redistribute the sample files, and the .p file won't "know" the .wav files, so how is that going to work out?

STS native programs are .sts and the samples are .wav, so no problem at all!

...if it makes sts format too....

@spoimala - I found the site quite recently, too, and it's really full of interesting sounds. You have to spend some time prelistening the samples (somebody has sampled all the sounds and it was a great, long work!) but it's worth the time!
