3 .0 Not starting Up

Help,
Just installed the pro pack pulsar 3.0
When I start the program, I get the following errormessage:Could not close the current Creamware background application.
Please help me out,

hmmm strange ???
do u have PC or MAC.
i believe you have the start up program of pulsar avalible.(and there is a problem with that)
If you go in to your pulsar folder.
pulsar/app/bin.
there is a icon pulsarstartup.
try to shut it down, pressin the other icon.
pulsar stop.

dont know if thats your problem.

Hey Michael,
I use it on PentiumIII 850with 512ram asuspb3 windows millenium ,matrox graphic cards.It used to work fine with 2.04.
Tis weekend I deinstalled every.thing also previous pulsar versions and reinstalled 3 but I still encounter the same problem.
Only that I found a trick to use it anyway
and that is: starting pulsar before the icon of the backgroundproject appears.Ican do this only once and then I have to restart my comp .If I want to use pulsar again after closing it .Also the XTC plug seem to be already in use when I start cubase vst 32 5.6 says the error dialog.
Very strage ,indeed.

Maybe your background project is broken, try to build a simple one and save it via view->settings->global->project as startup

I tried to do it,I made anew one ,butit didn't solve the problem.
