hello to all.
I problably know what it's really going on there (need a better MOBO and CPU), But I guess it worth asking you guys. I recently installed SX and I'm starting to understand the whole new thing of the new GUI. So I started using the Heaven and Hell project.., it really works and sounds great.. until I bring up the mixer window where I can peek the atomated faders moving up and down.. (nice indeed).. but then the sound problems begin with the CPU reaching peak several times so it ruins the playing. So I blamed my old PIII 800.., but then I decided to experiment with other CPU consuming tasks.. that is keep playing the Heaven and Hell project (with no mixer showing) while going to show the SFP 4.0 environment and open at the same time other windows... etc etc... , trying to get glitches and cpu overloads.., well that did not happen. So now I think it might me some configuration for the automation messages or something. Maybe you guys can bring some light here..
Thanks in advance..

sorry, 'can't get rid of that sarcasm' Tom
(to be fair: the app could be optimized for a certain graphic architecture not present in your system - or even for a P4 (unlikely though) - and if those items aren't found, the program makes a CPU based 'last resort' kind of processing the animation)

Thanks Tom.
I think you are pointing it in the right way.., cause something in my head also brings the idea of a faulty graphic access programming (at least
)..
Any way.. I know I have to change my system soon.., but in the meantime I wonder if any of you guys who've got a better system (P4, matrox, etc)are have the same problem. Or in such a case.. you are aware of some "tweaking" for the automation mixer.
