problems downloading pulsar v3.0

Hi. Am I the only one who's having problems with downloading the new software? My computer is crashing all the time!

i had problems dowloading it from CW site , so i downloaded it from http://www.dspdev.com.
i think your problem has nothing to do with the specific software , anyway try to download it with some kind of download manager like download accelerator.
