Hello again,
Perhaps I am doing something wrong, but I still can't seem to download the Scope 4 download.
I got my activtion keys (for 3 boards) and tried to enter them in "Activate serial number page", including the brackets. But I get this message:
"Error : illegal Software serial number. If you are sure you didn't make a typemismatch, then contact our support."
What the hell is going on?? Can someone please explain? Who would have thought so much hassle for a simple download??
I can assure you I have entered the numbers correctly (copy and paste) and these were the numbers sent to me by Creamware by email.
Regards

Believe me I have tried EVERY possible combination. With spaces after the brackets, no spaces,I have typed them in manually , so no copy and paste. I have even tried entering the numbers by standing on my head, wearing my underwear inside out, standing on my head and wearing my underwear inside out, sacrificing chickens under a full moon etc...etc....

Hi,
Yes, I am definitely on the right page and just to be sure I even tried on the other pages too. As I said I have tried EVERYTHING short of sacrificing a virgin to appease the gods.
I have sent an email to Creamware but I don't expect a reply very soon as I am sure they have loads of emails to deal with

2 additional ideas:
the serial number generator lost it's mind due to overloading
since you've registered several boards the order does matter.
imho one can register several boards to benefit from the 50% bonus, but finally the software is registered only to one 'master' board.
As I understand your first post you transmitted all - did you try a single one ?
actually it's just speculation by me as I will stay away from those pages for a while
good luck, Tom
