hi Scopers,

as you noticed, there are problems with the online-registration of the new Scope Fusion Platform 4.0.
and the following 50%-off purchase.

The reason for this incommodities is the overloaded of our server because of the monstertraffic.
We are at work to fix this situation and hope for your indulgence.

( and be sure . . I hope also , it will work soon, because I wish to turn back myself to normal supportmail again .
Puh . . . today there were a few hundreds of inquiries by telephone and email concerning this topic ).

Ok, all what i can do for the moment is to inform you . . . and surely we will find a way to solve this problem as soon as possible.

cheers
Ralf

thanks for the reaction. Maybe it's a good idea to cut down the size of the upgrade download next time so that puts some less pressure on the server.

I totally agree, why include Adobe Acrobat Reader in so many different languages for one?!?

I hope you're not running that saggy old NT4 server that you used to have ?!?

Download speed is in no way compareable with previous (v3) download speeds. This is much much much faster.
