Problems with SFP 4.0 install and keys

Hi
I have been trying to get the activation codes for over a day but I keep getting "An error occured while sending your keys! Plaese contact our support. Sorry..." I emailed them yesterday... trouble is I emailed them months ago about something else and I am still waiting for a reply to that! Looks like I will never get an upgrade..... Mind you, it appears that I am not missing much.

Same thing here...... I got no errors, but dídn't receive anything jet.. Yhen i tried again , but then the error got back.

I'm beginning to feel like a fool here.
Some people already have there keys..

The CWA servers are not working again (you cannot "generate" downloads for your devices and you cannot activate with the mail-process).

Anyway, until you won't activate the codes you received by e-mail, you could request those codes as many times as you want ... so please don't panic, because you don't lose anything UNTIL you have activated it , and you will see it when everything will go ok with no errors, with Scope Platform 4 key present in your page (formerly named "SCOPE Platform")!

THEN you can't do activation any more, but you can request codes to your e-mail as many times as you want until you ended the activation process(perhaps that's the reason why creamware site always overflows ? LOL

Hmmm... tried for 24 hours now and still no luck.
Maybe I have to wait on Radium, H20 or Talio to make a key/board generator!?!

Then I could spend my time creating music, instead of trying to get my creamware gear to work!

Btw, registration worked in a couple of minutes for most people I know. The ones that it didn't work for, found out they overlooked something. I know it's not so easy, but it works fine.

I've tried to change mail adresses as well, no problem there.

But when I try to get the activation codes all I get is

"Your activation codes are now sent via e-mail to this address:
[email protected] error occured while sending your keys! Plaese contact our support. Sorry..."

I guess I must've tried about 70 times now!

Mailed them yesterday about this, and no answer!

just try again later,it'll work. the cwa servers are probably nearly aflame with all the traffic...
