It was Raper & Wayman but it was a looooong time ago (maybe 2 years or more).

Yup, like dark says that was at least a couple of years ago now. Sorry about that. But might be worth looking on their website, or do a search. And if I happen to see any more I will let you know.

Yeah, i used to always demo PMC speakers at Raper & Wayman - will have to see if they've got anything ex-demo going. Ta.

Wich B&W speakers are they?
I know of at least one famous AE/producer, who uses 805. N802 is used by some great MEs too. N801 is also located in some expensive studios, but if you use spirits for mixing, I doubt you would have 802 or 801 in your stereo.

Hi,
which B&W have you got? I've recently added B&W Nautilus 805 to my Mackies. They complement each other very nicely. B&W is excellent, although not very deep in the lows, but the bass is very tight, mids and highs superb, as well as the stereo imaging. But they need a good amp, I use them with Hafler 9505.

I got the 4Ps for an absolute bargain (£100 for the pair) which is why I've been using them for quite some time, no other real reason.

The model is DM600 S3. Very nice indeed and quite a reasonable price (about £200).
