LOL this is just too funny. Alfonso summed it up perfectly.

I thought long and hard about posting this, because I don't like to disturb the vibe of this forum, and mostly because I don't want to destroy the vibe of Red_Muze's thread! However it seems that you need things spelled out for you, and you already did a great job of fucking the vibe.. so I'll give it to you straight.

I'll point you to ONE thing you said earlier in this thread. You couldn't even be bothered to try and sort out your Modular problem because you were too busy making music. Now tell me, how the FUCK are you going to spend hours with possibly buggy beta software, putting in hours and hours of time and effort.. the kind of time and effort which most people would just not be bothered to put in because lets face it, you could earn the money to buy Flexor in a day at work, and instead get on with making music.

More importantly, do you have any idea of the amount of work which is required on Assaf's part to write these modules? It is no fuckin joke at all. Think about if you made a devastatingly great record putting in months, if not years of hard work.. and then people complained about it and you didnt see any reasonable amount of money back for it.

Flexor is ridiculously cheap man, get over it.

ok, i had a good nights sleep...

imo, apart from not supporting assaf, the only drawback from not upgrading, is that you won't be able to use uploaded v2 patches, or make your own. there's lots of nice stuff to toy with already though.
goes for me too. i have to see lots of new stuff go past my nose, just because my old G3 or 1Ghz pc can't handle the 2004 stuff. that's the way it goes.

but... good news (sorry for repeating, and not meant to throw mud, merely for clarity's sake (because edited post above)) version 1.5 will be free and will contain fixes and some new modules.

yes, red muze IS one of the smartest around  what's the word again???
peas, or something like that.
right, everyone's had his go now, i think.

Cool Braincell.. I made my point. I just figured you needed things spelled out for you. I've never used profanity on this board before. Looks like the message still ain't got thru, but unfortunately, I don't think it ever will.

Braincell, it is obviously pointless
but oh, well, i will take bait one more time...

i am yet to check out any modular patch from you.

first i've heard you wanted to be in beta team, was when you already complained, that nobody offered you betatesting.
pretty much compliment for Muze, if you ask me, to think he is a friggin mindreader.

if you still wonder, why some of us are adressing you personally, i have to admit, that remarks like "it's bigger advantage to be a betatester" can shorten one's fuse couple of miles, not all of us are incarnations of patience like Assaf is.

ah, and i like word "Schlumpf" best

ah, and i like word "Schlumpf" best
schlumpf is German, isn't it? I'm not very keen on Smurfs but I used to

Any Swedes here ? Some character called "dunderklumpen" is still used as a funny term of abuse down here.

I'm not going to reply anymore to people who go outside the topic. The people who already know all about Flexor 2.0 don't need to participate in this thread. I am sure that Red can handle the questions and or comments (if he chooses) by himself.

Borg, Thanks but as I previously stated I plan to buy the upgrade. I don't want to fall behind and have it become more expensive to upgrade with each consecutive release.

Sorry, it was me to start OT.
But if we were serious all the time we wouldn't have built so friendly and humanous community here

Oh, and I'm really going to buy Flexor now.

Braincell.. if I'm condescending it's because nothing seems to get through to you. This will be my last post on the matter.

One of the things I cannot work out is that whenever you've spoken to me on IRC, you've seemed actually to have some intelligence and common sense. I have no idea what comes over you when you post here. And as I said to you on IRC, I still don't hate you. However I do feel sorry for you. And if that sounds condescending, then you'll have to take a look at yourself and ask yourself why.
