hi, i'm having some problems triggering (stereo) drumsamples from my sts-5000. When i trigger them they seem to move in the stereo image on my monitors. seems like some kind of phase problem to me. anyone knows the answer?

I'm having the 1632 mixer btw..

Are you using stereo processing or dual mono?

I turned on stereo on my mixer and from the sampler the signal is going to 2 different outputs of the sampler(stereo..).

how do you monitor sound?Sounds like you may be getting phase from signal latency.

Thanks cream, didn't know this thread was going.

I am having the same problem as you can see from http://www.planetz.com/forums/viewtopic ... forum=20&5 .

Scary808, where are you? It would be great if you could let us know where that MIDI feedback loop was (project or Cubase) when you had your phase issues with the STS.

The link says the rest. I found it more prominent when you place the output of the mixer in mono. It does sound like the kind of thing you would get when you have MIDI notes doubled up in the sequencer except you don't get the increase in volume you would normally get with doubling notes (a stoopid thing I have done in the past).

My system is working fine other than this and after upgrading to XP an' all and getting everything nice it's the only thing that pissing me off!! Please help!

Hey guys! Check the STS talk area. Sorry for the delay, ISP problems.
