I tried to use this module in a patch of my own.
I inserted a sample in (a 909 style drum) and noticed that the resulting sample has not the same attack than the original (output sampled throught cool edit) even if the A parameter of the AHD envelop is set to the minimum value and the A slope at his maximum.
A drum with a very very short noise percussion (few samples) becomes a drum without this percussion.

Did I miss something ?

Dunono if that's possible, at0mic - the AHD is part of the module in question.

Does changing the env slope help at all?

No, slope does not resolve this prob.

I tried the experience to insert a few ms silence at the beginning of my drum sample, the original sample is preserved but, with a delay and sounds crap when drum shots are very close to each other.

The device that wavelengh made (wavedrum) is excellent, if only he could make a modular module version ...

What about trying the 'normal' sample osc and putting that through an external envelope?
