UPDATE:
keyboard-thru problem resolved.
I found a hidden menu on DP to enable "FREEMIDI" thru in background - and although I am using OMS that seemed to do the trick
system working 100% fine (have not checked the ADAT inputs yet but I assume they will track)
Pulsar SFP on a MAC is real cool! No complaints! Highly recommended!

it just works
you know, OS-X is so great, you even don't have face these OS9 initial setup problems of OMS etc., it's build-in in the system, you just make the connections in a special window and there you go.
That's why CWA should support OSX as soon as possible, you may consider another appeal to CWA in the General Pulsar Discussion forum, in the 'CW Reloaded' thread of Creamware Frank, alias Frank Urgent
