need to know "Dither"

can anyone tell what is those f and h in Dither? what is the best setting?

Dithering is the reduction of bit-rate by adding some pleasing noise to the signal.
What settings are the best is for you to find out. Use whatever setting that sounds the most transparent in regards to the original signal.

shaper=FIR3,FIR9,HP2 and dither=RPDF,TPDF,HPDF..?

I don't really know what they all stand for, but I guess "HP" stands for Hi Pass, and I can barely guess what the others do. Different algorithms.

gives some good information about dither and explains some of the terms in the Creamware module. But Creamware should *really* have put better effort in documenting this module!!!
