S/TDM cable can these be found on electronics shops ?

I am getting my second Pulsar II , I don't have ordered thought S/TDM cable, are these obtainable form Electronics/computer shops ?
Does only creamware use these connectors ?

There should be one or two S/TDM connectors inside your new Pulsar II box. My Pulsar XTC was shipped with two such connectors, as far as I remember.
