Downloadspeed probs !!!

Hi there, i have serious probs with the downloadspeed from internet, when i'm running pulsar (even in the system tray).
Doen somebody have a solution ???

I forgot, i didn't experienced these probs before last week !!!

All I can think of is the the "Code Red" worm that's going around.
It's attacking Microsoft-powered web servers &
slowing down Internet traffic in general.

I don't think that's the prob, there where some posts on this board about these speedprobs a while a go.
I mailed Creamware, and the next day i got a mail back from them in which they said that they couldn't reproduce the prob at there computer. I think its the buggy Windows, i wil reinstall the whole system next week.

..And consider getting a program like Symantec Ghost, such that once your machine is all setup, if you ever need to reinstall its a 10minute "Ghost" image to get you back to a clean working install.
