Don't you wish you could have just sold it with no problems the way we can do with hardware synthesizers? Software companies annoy me to no end. We should own what we buy 100% without having to get "permission" from some other company to sell it!!!!

then again, hardware synth manufacturers don't have to worry about software piracy...

And now the shop and forum is down without any comment...

Shop is still down !!!
And I was just about to buy my first plugin in months...
Not a good sign.
Maybe it's time to break open those boxes standing in the corner that has "Protools|HD" printed on them ???

I can't believe it. The I/O parts finally arrive to get my powerpulsar working and the shop's down so I can't register both the plugin packs.

This purchase has been curse.

However I have got all those DSPs and I can now run 12 minimaxes...lol

Frustrating ain't it?

btw: I had called CW tech support a couple of weeks ago and was told that Paul was gone until after the new year.

I doubt you will get any answer until 2004. Don't they always shut down in December?

We've had a similar problem (more than 4 cards but only 4 showing up), but although a couple of cards didn't show up, the plugins for these cards were online anyway! Apparently these plugins were added to the *last* card on the page. Of course there's no other way of knowing which plugin belongs to which card, other than generating and checking the filename afterwards. A bit frustrating, but we're glad we could download our properties.

Hope this helps?

It's always sad to hear about these support-issues with Creamware. I hope they'll ever learn!

Patience people, it is December and companies do maintenance around the holidays ,
I heard that CW Germany is updating their server and parts of it will be down until Wednesday (shop/registration). They are also moving into a new address in the next few weeks so things will take longer to be fixed but that is the best time to do that and just before the holidays.

cheers
