I've read the manual to the Arpeg 2, and it says that there is no Midi output at present.
Is this true?
If not, as has been suggested, how do I record the output as a midi file into Cubase?
Please use simple terms and phrases - I'm not very computer literate!!

Thanks

I'm guessing, but I think the simple answer is .. you can't... you'll have to record the audio output into cubase.

isn't the whole point of the device that it outputs MIDI? if I am thinking correctly, there is no audio to output, so there is no audio to record. I suspect that it outputs MIDI, which is to be sent to synths, sequencers for recording/manipulation/etc. If it does not output MIDI I cannot see how it function as an arpegiator. . . :???:

In the Devices area under Arpeg01 one of the first to post was "Space f". They certainly said you could output midi - and what fun they had doing it. Have a look down there and maybe post a question.
