Well.., I'm not 100% sure, but my guess is that it WON'T work with such small MOBO, if you check the link you'll see that it's more likely to work with a Luna Card (small enough).

Ya know, I know this is not your question and you might not find this helpful... but... as a builder, I probably wouldn't use a box like this for a PULSARII. 1st, if it is aluminum, you iz gonna hear a lot more noise out of the chassis. Noise is a common complaint on this form factor in particular, so the aluminum just makes it worse. And 2nd, and this is obvious, you really end up having all of your hardware in close proximity. So your power supply and your CPU and fans and so on are all right next to your PULSARII. It's just not the kind of sitution I would shoot for.

There are some other case designs that put in a PCI riser, and give you 1U or 2U and a steel case. Just a thought...

THe dimension for this box is:

Lenght 33.0 cm
Width: 21.5 cm
Height: 20.0 cm

I'm prettur sure that a Pulsar is longer than 33 cm, but I couldn't find the specs on the Pulsar (I'm in a hurry). But I don't think that it will fit in there, and then there's the heat issue......
