This is a very simple "modular mixer channel" with chains of insert slots. The first row is basically for Eqs and dynamics. The middle row is where you insert delays and reverb. Then you can add effect to the delay/verb wet effect, and take the dry channel either from the input or from any other insert slot outputs (here it is taken from insert 4 , ie just pre-delay/verb).
Of course, you can also add insert slots for the dry channel only, and use where you want any filter or module of the modular.
You can do the same in the 8 i/o modular for more channels in the same patch, but it quickly becomes messy.
Yes I know it's very simple and you could have done it yourself. May be it will give ideas to some others.
