Why samplitude is so expensive?

Magix Samplitude Professional version 7 is around $3000

But why? our SP is under $3000 with lots'a plugins.
is this the best mastering software? why?..how?...

Samplitude is not 3000 US $. Sequoia is around that price, I think.

I doubt anyone would use Sequoia on a personal basis.. it's more for production houses I think.
