As far as Install options there is,

DSP Device
Pulsar
Pulsar II
Scope

For a PowerPulsar install which one do I want to chose? unfortunately the manual does not go into detail on this particular area of the set up..

Cheers!

Unfortunately the installer keeps crashing when it reaches the poison.dll for xtc =/

Trying to figure out what to do now, im on Win2k Pro, so going to try and download latest aspi drivers who knows.

Thanks for the tip..

Post again if it doesn't work out. Have you had this error before? (Assuming you have installed SFP for another card)

Last instal I directed to /SFP which let it finish the install,

As of right now I am WAY confused trying to get started in setting up a routing set, confused is not even close to a word to describe what I am feeling right now lol..

think "virtual reality".the routing window is where you place the (virtually) physical ins and outs for each (virtual) device you want to use.

firstly, you'll probably want a mixer.and you'll probably want to connect the proper output(there ARE choices, depending on the mixer)of the mixer to the audio output of the card(scope analog destination) to your amp and speakers.you,ll probably want to go through some kind of hardware device that can roll the volume off in a hurry if need be  .all the devices are in the menus above, explore.

then....what do you want to do?connect that up.it's a little tricky getting used to making connections, but once you get it it's very easy.when you get this step, read the manual and learn about the "live bar".it makes some connections and operations(change midi channel or number of voices of a device)quicker.

also,xp is much better suited to a daw when properly configured....
