Hola gang,
Well I revieced my PowerPulsar II this morning, unfortunately something seems wrong, the box was crushed, torn, and in very poor shape, the unit was shipped directly from CW and packaged by them, unfortunately the carton and contents looks like it was run through the mud =/
So I open the box to check on its contents, only to find 1 board, and breakout XLR cable (plus) and 3 Cd's, umm, where is the sync cable or bracket?
For some reason I thought there was a seperate device for sync options via adat, clock etc..
Something seems wrong...
Am I missing something or is all well? Though I am VERY dissapointed in the condition of how my unit was delivered, the real test will be this evening when I try the card out, lets hope the second inning goes alot better than the 1st...
Cheers!

Hello,
I believe FedEX is to blame for the condition of the box...
When a box comes from FedEX crushed you shouldn't have signed for it.
you should have then filled out the damage forms and FedEX would have to pay for any damages.
we don't run units through the mud before we ship.
Besides FedEX won't pickup a box which has been run thru the mud... If there are any damages to a box when they pick up they mark it down. And if it was torn as you say they would not have picked it up.
Also
Pulsar and PowerPulsar do not include the Syncplate.
Only SCOPE/SP(2995USD) comes with the syncplate
so what you recieved is what comes with a PowerPulsar.
regards

Paul,
I realize that CW would obviously not purposfully send out a crushed and torn box, who ever to blame is to blame, I am passed that point, but tonight will be the true test, when I see the card perform
Also this is the very reason there is a $2000.00 value marked on the overnight FexEx Slip..
In the end I just hope all works out well..
Cheers!

Actually let me retract my "Run through the mud comment"..
The box is in poor shape though, it has many dents and crushed areas, some wrinkles aswell, the innner white portion of the box is rather crushed aswell, and the outter pulsar box has some crushed areas, the pulsar box "was" inside of the cardboard box sent with bubblewrap and foam..
By all means do not take it as a personal attack, I would imagine if anything happened it did during shipping. As far as accepting the package, the cardboard box, looked perfectly fine, with out and crushed/torn/dented areas..
So not accepting would have been silly
all seemed well till I opened the box. Now PLEASE keep in mind these discrepencies I state are not MAJOR by all means, its not like the box was ripped in half and crushed, there are just dented and crushed areas is all, what can I say I am a stickler for perfection I guess..
All my boxes sit in a storage area in 100% perfect shape incase I ever sell an item down the road.. maybe I look to hard at thesde types of things, but the box is not why I bought a CW card, its the card it self so lets see how that works out
Cheers!
