My local computer shop is selling computers at great prices eg $1500 AU for P4 3.2Gig + the rest. I thought the catch might be the mainboard as these are called 'plug and play'. The shop couldn't help when I asked about audio compatability, so, does anyone know if this is just a cheap m/board?

I have never heard of it. I would think twice buying a 3.2GHz machine at that price. Your Creamware card is quite a primadona. Treat her bad, and you will get nothing but complaints and trouble. Treat her well, and she sings like heaven

Hey Ricardo, I just put a system together in OZ. If you want the details on the components, just ask. Price worked out about that for good quality basics. My Pulsar 2 card seems to like it.
